Welcome to Mika, a global video chat platform connecting users from around the world. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mika mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Mika, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Mika. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and can form a binding contract with Mika.
Accounts of users who do not meet eligibility requirements may be terminated immediately, and associated data may be deleted.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Notify Mika immediately of any unauthorized access.
Each user may maintain only one primary account. Multiple accounts for a single individual are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Mika may require verification of identity to ensure compliance with eligibility and safety standards.
Accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
You may use Mika solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate laws, third-party rights, or Mika community standards.
Mika reserves the right to remove, block, or restrict content that violates these Terms or poses risk to the community.
Users may report inappropriate content or behavior. Mika will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of offending accounts.
Your use of Mika is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
By using Mika, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
While Mika implements robust security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and agree to use your account responsibly.
Mika may offer virtual items or premium features that require payment. Prices are clearly indicated in-app and processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in-app, purchases are non-refundable.
Virtual items remain the property of Mika and are provided for personal use within the app. You may not sell, transfer, or redeem virtual items outside the platform.
Users are responsible for applicable taxes or fees associated with purchases.
Any billing disputes should be reported promptly to service@mika.ink. Mika will investigate and resolve disputes according to applicable laws.
Mika is strictly intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under 18.
Users are encouraged to report suspected abuse or illegal activity involving minors. Reports can be submitted via service@mika.ink.
If we discover that a minor has accessed Mika, their account will be immediately deactivated, and all personal information will be deleted.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided personal information may contact Mika to have such information removed promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Mika implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption, authentication, and monitoring to protect accounts.
You may not use Mika to engage in harassment, distribute illegal content, exploit or endanger minors, circumvent system security, post infringing content, send spam, or manipulate virtual goods.
Mika reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove content that violates the Terms of Service or community guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Mika may use third-party services for analytics, authentication, payment processing, or advertising. These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Mika is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mika is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Users may terminate their account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting service@mika.ink. Mika may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs in Mika are the exclusive property of Mika or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Mika may modify or update features, functionality, or the app interface at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Mika after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified services and Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and the local laws of the user's residence. Disputes should first be addressed through Mika support. Mika may send users notifications regarding account activity, policy changes, or service improvements.
