Mika Terms of Service

Welcome to Mika, a global video chat platform connecting users from around the world. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mika mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Mika, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Accounts of users who do not meet eligibility requirements may be terminated immediately, and associated data may be deleted.

Each user may maintain only one primary account. Multiple accounts for a single individual are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

Mika may require verification of identity to ensure compliance with eligibility and safety standards.

2.5 Account Termination
Accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

Mika reserves the right to remove, block, or restrict content that violates these Terms or poses risk to the community.

Users may report inappropriate content or behavior. Mika will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of offending accounts.

6.2 No Refund Guarantee
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in-app, purchases are non-refundable.

6.3 Virtual Item Ownership
Virtual items remain the property of Mika and are provided for personal use within the app. You may not sell, transfer, or redeem virtual items outside the platform.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes or fees associated with purchases.

6.5 Payment Disputes
Any billing disputes should be reported promptly to service@mika.ink. Mika will investigate and resolve disputes according to applicable laws.


7. Children’s Privacy Protection

Users must promptly report any unauthorized or suspicious activity, including unknown logins or abnormal transactions.

Mika implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption, authentication, and monitoring to protect accounts. However, no system is entirely immune to risk.

If your account is compromised, Mika will assist in recovery following verification procedures.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Mika is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Account Termination and Service Suspension

Users may terminate their account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting service@mika.ink. Termination will remove access to the platform and most personal data.

Mika may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or threaten the safety of other users.

Certain information may be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce Terms of Service.

Upon termination, users lose access to all account data, virtual items, and services unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
